By using lakemonitor.ai you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
The website
The website provides information about our mapping services and lets you request a quote. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
The interactive sample map, including the fictional "Clearwater Reservoir", uses synthetic demonstration data. It does not depict a real waterbody and must not be used for navigation, safety or engineering decisions.
Quotes and services
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. Any survey, deliverables, pricing and timelines are governed by the written proposal or agreement we issue for your project.
Survey results depend on site conditions, water levels and equipment specifications documented in the project agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, deliverables are provided for management and planning purposes.
Intellectual property
The website, its text, graphics, sample maps and the Lake Monitor AI name and logo are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false or abusive quote requests, attempting to access restricted areas, scraping content in bulk, or interfering with its operation.
Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lake Monitor AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Liability relating to mapping services is governed by the project agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about the website.
